Portable measurement robot AutoArm

AUTO ARM is a fully automatic and portable three coordinate measuring robot that does not have strict requirements for temperature, humidity, and site. High precision, low requirements, flexible and lightweight, and simple operation are the choices for completing measurement tasks in factory workshops and assembly sites. AUTO ARM measurement is based on the universal measurement software platform ET-DMIS, with a simple and intuitive graphical user interface, CAD model import, multiple alignment methods, measurement operators can perform measurements anytime and anywhere, solving most measurement tasks in the workshop.

Easy programming:

Any operator with no programming experience can quickly use the operation and program by automatically recording the path by pulling the joints.

Quick settings:

After moving the device, self positioning can be used directly. An untrained operator can complete equipment unboxing, installation, and writing a simple program within one hour.

Flexible and convenient deployment:

The device is lightweight and has a small installation space, making it very easy to deploy to every corner. Almost any manual task, such as small batches and converting product types, can be quickly automated.

Ø Security Automatic:

The device automatically stops when subjected to slight external resistance (50 Newton force) without any safety hazards. Automatically continue the program after removing the resistance.

Ø Non contact laser scanning head can be installed to achieve scanning detection and reverse engineering.
